We can get everything but if you arrive prepared it can make things move much faster and smoother. While it depends on the case, you should bring your appropriate insurance cards (auto, health, home, etc. depending on the claim), insurance policy or policy number, contact information for the adjuster from any insurance companies you have contacted regarding your case, the police report or police report number for your crash or incident, witness names and contact information, medical bills, and any discharge papers or records you received from any and all healthcare providers who treated you for your injuries after your crash, slip and fall, trip and fall, dog bite, or other incident. Also come prepared with the address of your employer if your injuries have caused you to miss work.
If you suffered an injury to a part of your body that you have injured before, bring the names and addresses of doctors who have treated you for those prior injuries as well as any information you have if you have made any claims for those injuries in the past. If you do not have this information handy, track down who your prior attorney was and see if they can provide you with that information.
